the Center by phone (859) 268-4545 v/TTY, as no referral is necessary. The Center is open Monday through Friday,
from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our staff would be very happy to answer any questions you might have and to help you
schedule an appointment with one of our professional staff members.
